All the rain from yesterday has filled the trails with water and of course every rock and root feels like ice. Of course if it’s not rocks and roots it’s mud, welcome to hiking in New England. A short 10 mile day, but I needed it after yesterday, as it will take a few days to get
my hiking legs back. No climbs today, just lots of walking around pretty ponds. If the mosquitos don’t get me it should be a good night.
