I started my day with a four mile climb to the top of White Cap Mt. Of course, I have to climb West Peak, Gulf Hagas and Hay Mt, before I even get to Whitecap Mt. The view of Katahdin wasn’t there, due to heavy fog, but it was a good practice for my upcoming climbs. The north side of Whitecap is pretty amazing. The vertical drop is about 3000 feet, but it’s hard rock work that makes it stone steps all the way.
Good day behind me, so until tomorrow, Whistler signing off.
