Day 17 Another long day

After the 22 miles to get to the cabin, the spring was sprung from my legs, but I had 18 plus miles to get to the next shelter. The trail, today, is much harsher with lots of rocks and roots, both of which are a hiker's nightmare. Today, was also a day in the green tunnel. I got a few shots of beaver ponds, but not much else. Finally made my way into the shelter and, in total, there were 6 others. Oh, and a bear, too, but he wasn't interested in us, he was just passing through. We all got a good nights sleep, and tomorrow is really a short day, for me. Only 3 miles and I’ll be in town. Whistler signing off.
