Day 14 in the rain

Cold and wet today. No storms just light rain and 100% humidity. I keep telling myself I’m hiking in the clouds, sounds better than rain and fog. Getting close to Harpers Ferry now, only about 45 trail miles to go. Better yet only 5 miles to get out of Pennsylvania. This has not been a fun state. Lots of nice people but the rocks and weather are a bear. Staying in the shelter tonight to avoid the forecasted rain but tomorrow promises to be warm and dry. Whistler out until tomorrow from Maryland.
