The trail today is how all the days should be. Gentle ups and down, nice soft ground most of the way, not too many rocks. I planned a short day, about 12 miles, but at times thought I’d keep going. Problem is the next shelter is 9 miles away and I prefer to stay there rather than stealth camping. Oh well my feet, legs and shoulders will thank me tomorrow. This shelter is nice with a privy and a picnic table and also has a nice breeze. Water's a little hard to find but I have plenty for the night. Until my next installment.
